How to prepare green bean pickle

This pickle is very crunchy with its wonderful flavor. Red pepper gives a good taste to this pickle. This recipe is much better than the recipes that cook beans first.

Fresh green beans and a half kilos

2 cups water

Peeled garlic 1 clove

Red pepper (optional) 3/4 teaspoon

One and a half cups of white vinegar

1/4 cup salt

fresh dill

Baking steps

Sterilize the jars and keep them warm. clean the green beans, grate it and slice it. In a large bowl, combine vinegar, water and salt. Add garlic and bring to a boil over high heat.

put a dill in each jar and add 1/8 teaspoon of red pepper. Put the green beans in the jar and place them standing in the jar.

Pour a Ladle of salt water into the jars, do not overfill the jars. Pour the garlic into the jars.Close the containers tightly (choose glasses with metal lids to secure them well). Put them in warm water, boil slowly for 10 minutes. Bring the glasses to room temperature and make sure they close by pressing the center of the glass door. The door should not move. Store any glass that has not been properly tightened in the refrigerator. 2 to 3 weeks later the pickle will be ready to eat.
