How to make zucchini soup

Delicious soup that you can serve at any time.

ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine

2 potatoes

¼ Teaspoon dried

thymeDried basil 1/2 teaspoon

Chicken juice 4 cups

Dried potato slices 1/4 cup

Freshly chopped dill 4 table spoon

2 chopped onions

Chopped zucchini 8 pcs

Dried rosemary 1/4 teaspoon

White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

High-fat milk 1 cup

Soy sauce 1 table spoon

Baking steps

In a large bowl, melt the butter or margarine; Add the onion and fry until the onion is golden. Add zucchini, chopped potatoes, thyme, rosemary, basil and white pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the zucchini / potato mixture, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Once the ingredients are cooked, pour into a blender to form a puree. Pour the ingredients into the pot again, add the milk to heat close to the boil but do not boil. Add powdered potato slices and soy sauce and stir well. Adjust its taste. Add a better seasoning to the soup with fresh dill. This soup can be served hot or cold.

Tip: Peel and chop the potatoes.
