How to make diabetic raisin and apple cake

1 cup pastry flour

Baking powder 2 tea spoon

1/2 cup raisins

Apple puree 1 cup

White sugar 2 tea spoon

Wheat flour 1/2 cup

Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon

Baking steps

In a large bowl, combine eggs, apple puree, cinnamon, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla and raisins. Roll the dough into small cakes.

Heat the non-stick pancakes over medium heat, fry the cakes until both sides are browned, about 5 to 7 minutes is enough.
